Up to £400 Off a Choice Funeral Plan for a Friend or Family Member

1. The ‘Up to £400 Off Choice Funeral Plans for a friend or family member’ (“the Offer”) is provided by Alternative Planning Company Limited (APCL). APCL is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority with firm reference number 965282.
2. The Offer will run from 00.01 on 20/01/2026 until 23.59 21/04/2026.
3. The Offer entitles the recipient of this letter (‘The Referrer’), who purchased a Choice Funeral Plan to pass a discount of £400 off a Choice Essentials and Choice Plus Funeral Plan and £200 off a Choice Unattended Funeral Plan to a friend(s) or family member(s) to be redeemed at Kavanagh & Coates Funeral Services. If this Funeral Director location is not suitable, we can assist in the referral to an alternative Funeral Director at a more suitable location from within the Funeral Partners network, they must contact Choice Funeral Plan office on 01803 298 243.
4. This Offer applies to Choice Plus, Choice Essentials and Choice Unattended Cremation Plan holders. After the first or full payment has been received on the Activated funeral plan purchase the Referrer will be entitled to an Amazon Gift Card to the value of £100, no cash alternative can be offered. We may be able to provide an alternative electronic retail voucher/gift card, if specifically requested.
5. The non-discounted price of an Unattended Cremation Plan is £1,895, Choice Essentials Funeral Plan is £2,800 and Choice Plus Plan is £3,095. The non-discounted equivalent price if these funeral products were purchased through Kavanagh & Coates Funeral Services today would be £1,545 for an Unattended funeral, £2,515 for Choice Essentials and £2,890 for Choice Plus (based on our lowest priced coffin). Funeral prices vary and may go up or down in the future. Local prices differ, please check your local Funeral Partners’ branch for specific funeral prices or go online at funeralpartners.co.uk. These prices are correct as of 16.12.25.
6. To Redeem the Offer the plan purchaser must contact Kavanagh & Coates Funeral Services, the Choice Funeral Plan office on 01803 298 243 or purchase via the website choiceplan.co.uk using the code provided. The Referrer must email [email protected] with details of whom the purchaser is. The £100 Amazon Gift Card will be issued via email within 30 days, after the first or full payment has been received on the Activated funeral plan purchase.
7. The referrer and the friend or family member must both hold active Choice Funeral Plans at the time the Amazon Gift Card is issued.
8. APCL incurs costs in order to provide this Funeral Plan to you. APCL typically retains around £500 of the price you pay for each Funeral Plan to cover our costs.
9. The Unattended Cremation Plan does include Third-Party Fees for the cremation fee and doctor’s fees (if required). The Choice Essentials and Choice Plus Funeral Plans exclude Third Party Fees (such as burial or cremation cost). Payment for certain Third-Party Fees must be made (in addition to the Funeral Plan cost) in order for a funeral to take place. With our plans, you have the option to pay a Voluntary Contribution towards these fees now, as well as for optional elements such as flowers and catering. However, please bear in mind that depending upon the amount you pay, there may be a shortfall at redemption, which would need to be paid for based on prices at the time of redemption.
10. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and proof of identity may be required.
11. Any personal data captured by APCL will be processed in accordance with data protection regulations. Please consult our Privacy Policy online at choiceplan.co.uk/privacy-policy or speak to us if you would like a copy.
12. The offer is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.  It is available to over 18’s, resident in the UK only. No cash alternative can be offered. The offer can be used for multiple purchases.
13. APCL reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or alter the Offer without notice.
14. APCL reserves the right to refuse the Offer to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
15. Any products purchased as a result of this discount will remain subject to the product’s standard Terms and Conditions.
16. Applicants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions when claiming the Offer. Your statutory rights are not affected.
