Choice Funeral Plan Save up to £200

  1. The ‘Up to £200 Off Choice Funeral Plans Offer’ (“the Offer”) is provided by Alternative Planning Company Limited (APCL). APCL is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority with firm reference number 965282.
  2. The Offer will run from 00.01 on 16/06/2025 until 23.59 on 14/12/2025.
  3. To Redeem the Offer, the purchaser must be over the age of 18, resident in the UK and a customer of, or have been referred via the MyIntent website.
  4. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
  5. This Offer entitles the purchaser to £100 off an Unattended Choice Funeral Plan and £200 off an Essentials or Plus Attended Choice Funeral Plan. The full price of an Unattended Cremation Plan is £1,795, Choice Essentials Funeral Plan is £2,650 and Choice Plus Plans is £2,925. The equivalent price if these funeral products were purchased today would be £1,995 for an unattended funeral (excludes doctor’s fees in Northern Ireland, if required), £3,307 for Choice Essentials and £3,682 for Choice Plus (based on our lowest priced coffin). These prices are a national average based on 282 branches in the Funeral Partners Network. Funeral prices vary and may go up or down in the future. Local prices differ, please check your local Funeral Partners’ branch for specific funeral prices or go online at funeralpartners.co.uk. These prices are correct as of 01.01.25.
  6. APCL incurs costs in order to provide this Funeral Plan to you. APCL typically retains around £450 of the price you pay for each Funeral Plan to cover our costs
  7. The Unattended Cremation Plan does include Third-Party Fees for the cremation fee, and doctor’s fees in Northern Ireland, if required. The Choice Essentials and Choice Plus Funeral Plans exclude Third Party Fees (such as burial or cremation cost). Payment for certain Third-Party Fees must be made (in addition to your Funeral Plan cost) in order for a funeral to take place. With our plans, you have the option to pay a Voluntary Contribution towards these fees now, as well as for optional elements such as flowers and catering. However, please bear in mind that depending upon the amount you pay, there may be a shortfall at redemption, which would need to be paid for based on prices at the time of redemption.
  8. Appointments will be conducted by APCL, the Data Controller. Should you choose to make an appointment it is likely to take place over the phone. Calls may be recorded for compliance, quality assurance and training purposes, and any call recording may be used if a complaint is raised. Call recordings will be retained in line with our Retention Policy.
  9. All personal data captured by APCL will be processed in accordance with data protection regulations. For information on how your data is handled please consult our Privacy Policy online at choiceplan.co.uk/privacy-policy or speak to us if you would like a copy in a different format.
  10. If you proceed with purchasing a Choice Funeral Plan, we will share limited information about this with MyIntent, this limited information is shared to help deliver a personalised experience for you on the MyIntent website.
  11. My Intent is a trading name of Bequeathed Limited. Bequeathed Limited is an Introducer Appointed Representative of Alternative Planning Company Limited (APCL), provider of Choice Funeral Plans. APCL is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority with firm reference number 965282.
  12. The offer is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. No cash alternative can be offered.
  13. APCL reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or alter the Offer without notice.
  14. APCL reserves the right to refuse the Offer to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  15. Any products purchased as a result of this discount will remain subject to the product’s standard Terms and Conditions.
  16. Applicants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions when claiming the Offer. Your statutory rights are not affected.
