Henry Ison & Sons Funeral Directors was established more than 100 years ago. Our founder, Henry Ison, started his working life as a wheelwright before moving into the funeral business at the turn of the 20th century.

Today we are still based on Binley Road in Coventry where Henry first started.

Unattended Cremation Plan

May be suitable for those looking for a simple, dignified and low-cost cremation without the formalities of a funeral service and no family or friends present.

Choice Essentials Plan

Tailored for those who would prefer a more traditional funeral service where family and friends can attend. It includes our professional attended Funeral Director Services as standard and the flexibility to personalise and upgrade elements of the funeral.

From £2,650

Choice Plus Plan

This plan includes all the features of the Choice Essentials Plan plus an upgraded coffin, professional embalming (a specialised treatment for the Covered Individual) and a chauffeur driven limousine for up to six passengers.

Equivalent price shown is a national average, based on 277 branches within the Funeral Partners Network (Correct as of 9th September 2024).

APCL typically retains around £475 of the price you pay for each Funeral Plan to cover our costs.
